In order to solve these problems, the new optimization insertion grade “MHP9015″/” MHP9015 “/” MHP9015 “was released in November, which was used to convert hard-to-cut materials. These new grades are well received in the market by providing quality wear, breakage and welding resistance and longer tool life.
To cover a wide range of applications, 64 newly inserted hard-to-cut materials have been added, and are mainly focused on larger size inserts that are generally required.

- The product
PHVD coated carbide grade for “MHP9015 / MHP9005”, for use in the manufacturing process of high (Al, Ti) N single-layer coating, high aluminum process control in the process of manufacturing (Al, Ti) higher than that of single layer coating, so as to realize the long tool life. The coating is combined with LHS, MHS and RHS breakers, and is also dedicated to converting hard-to-cut materials.
